We can't say enough good things about Jeremy! This was our first time buying a home, so there was lot we didn't know. Jeremy had a lot of knowledge about the real estate in our area which really helped us decide what we actually were looking for. We had a LOT of roadbumps along the way (bad inspections, losing offers, multiple closing delays) and every time something happened, Jeremy acted on it immediately to help us out in any way he could. We are finally closed and moving in, but I can honestly say we just might have given up on this house if it wasn't for Jeremy being so helpful (and SO patient) every step of the way.
Jeremy provided me with a piece of mind for selling my home. Prior to listing we sat down and did a full market analysis review of similar homes in my area and also current real estate market trends, including what was selling and what wasn’t selling. I was extremely impressed with the professional photography/video session to fully highlight my home’s features, as this is not something I have seen in my previous experience when selling! We listed my home and I went out of town (highly recommended as I didn’t have to keep cleaning) and had a total of 13 showings and 3 offers by the time I arrived home 5 days later!
