I have worked with Jeremy a few times both buying and selling homes. Every time, I have been tremendously impressed by the individualized care Jeremy has provided to me. He is highly knowledgeable about the home buying/selling process, can provide insightful information about building structures and even carries a great deal of information regarding the legal process involved with real estate transactions. Jeremy has gone out of his way to ensure I have been protected legally in our transactions while facilitating purchase/sales agreements. In every instance where I have worked with Jeremy, I have never once felt as if I was “just another sale”. The passion and dedication that Jeremy has for his clients is very evident. I have dealt with hundreds of realtors in both a personal and professional capacity, sold and bought multiple properties over time and I have never worked with a realtor like Jeremy. He will treat you like you are the only customer he has, even though I know that was never the case. He will communicate with a sense of urgency when required. Something that is very unique these days, Jeremy will actually give you his professional advice including multiple options to resolve any issues that come up. I am so glad I was able to meet and work with Jeremy, I wish I had meet him years ago. Jeremy took us on as clients when we were really starting to lose hope in our home search. He was very responsive, and the first home we viewed with him ended up being the perfect house for us. He thoroughly explained everything while we made our offer and gave us advice to make it stronger. The realtor we worked with before Jeremy did neither of those things, so it was extremely appreciated! Our offer was accepted and though we didn’t tour many houses with him, we would absolutely recommend Jeremy to anyone! He even helped us get an inspection shortly after our offer was accepted, instead of leaving us blindly searching for someone. Along with being extremely knowledgeable, he is also genuinely nice. We’ve been in our house now a little less than a week and he took time to reach out and check in on us. Not everyone is considerate like that. Carol and I both sometime feel we ask to much. But when you work with Jeremy he never makes you feel that way. Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable and is a great resource as you journey thru the real estate jungle. He is always available and easy to reach when you have a idea or question.
