This was our first time working with Jeremy and by far the best experience we have had with buying/selling a home. We were skeptical about initially listing our home because of previous experiences in the past with the buying and selling process. This was the third time purchasing a house and second time listing for us. After our first meeting with Jeremy we were “sold” and ready to list. He made the process very clear and made us feel very comfortable/confident in our listing price and strategy. The same went with purchasing our house. He listened to what our needs were in a new house, not only did he help find us a beautiful home but he also went above and beyond to answer any questions we had and if he did not have the answer he quickly came in contact with someone who did. He kept our best interest in mind throughout the entire process and did not make it seem like he was just working for a quick sale, which we have experienced in the past. My husband and I do not have any intentions in moving in the near future as Jeremy helped find us our perfect house but if we were to make the decision to move again we’d be in contact with Jeremy right away. We cannot thank him enough!

We had a house to sell in Plymouth early last summer, and we were also searching for a home with property out "west" of the cities. After listing our Plymouth home, it sold for over asking price within a couple of days. Even though Jeremy works out of Buffalo, he showed a lot of knowledge in the Plymouth area and was always available to us. In our new search, Jeremy was a great communicator in showing us available properties. He met us at several locations and was always flexible with his time. He was extremely detailed and had done his "homework" ahead of showing us each property. It was an extremely competitive market and we trusted his recommendations in regards to offers, timing, etc. Even though we lost out on some properties that we had offered on, he kept finding more for us to look at within our specifications. When we finally found the property in Big Lake that we ended up purchasing, he even went above and beyond afterwards. He showed up in Plymouth and lifted some boxes into our moving truck on the day of our closing, and then kept communicating with us after the closing on the new property. There were a couple of issues with the sellers of our new property, and he kept working with us on those things until they were resolved. We would recommend Jeremy to anyone needing a realtor (and already have). He goes above and beyond what he would need to, and is very personable and we felt that we was super honest.
