Everyone always asks me “why”. Why did you get into real estate? Why do you deal with the stress when there are other ways to make money? And my answer is simple. In most families, renting is a way of life. I know it was in my family. And I am not saying there is anything wrong with renting because there isn’t. But I would be lying to you if I didn’t tell you that 90% of the world’s millionaires are made so through real estate. The day I helped my mom buy her first home after 40+ years of renting, I realized that I need to help as many people as I can get to the mountaintop because it is possible. I have a passion for helping regular people achieve the biggest goal in life: owning their home and setting their family up for generational wealth, and I am so blessed that this is my career.

First time home buyer and IN LOVE with my new home that has equity thanks to Jeremy

I was a first time home buyer and didnt know anything about the process. By the end and after working with Jeremy, i feel like an expert in real estate! He is so knowledgeable and really worked to make sure i understood every step of the process and why each step mattered. He legit does not sleep and was there to answer my every call and question 24/7 and made sure I was taken care of whether it came to the lender, the title, surveys, inspections, everything. Not to mention, he was able to find me a home in my dream neighborhood and negotiate so much off of the purchase price that I walked in with equity! Jeremy is my guy forever, and I am so thankful i trusted the biggest purchase ive ever made with him.
