Jeremy was great. He went above the call of duty for us, especially considering we only met 1 time. I feel like our particular situation was complicated because We hadn't lived in our home for 2 yrs, and we had tenants in there because we had moved out of state so the house needed a few things fixed up and he was more then willing to help us find a handyman for that. I reached out to him from FL and he still made everything happen quickly and smoothly. He put the sign up immediately, he stayed in constant contact despite our distance, and there were several showings scheduled for our home before it was even officially on the market. We had an asking price offer on the house in a matter of days (less than 1 week), and we closed smooth sailing no issues at all. Can't recommend Jeremy enough! Thank you so much.

Extremely knowledgeable, communicates well every step of the way, and puts his clients first! Me and my (now) wife had to sell both of our individual homes and purchase a new one. That’s a lot! We were always kept up to date with where things were and what was in process. He responded swiftly with any questions we may have had. I can't say enough good things about Jeremy. Our situation called for some extra attention, one because we just lost our house to a fire and second, we needed a place with two separate living area for us and our daughters family. Jeremy bent over backwards and spent weeks with us looking at any property that might fit the bill. After 3 months of delays we finally closed on our dream house.
