We were moving from out of state, and had budgeted just 4 days to look at multiple properties. Jeremy became our main agent, taking us across two states. On day 2 he noticed a new listing in a town we'd never mentioned, but he brought it up. It checked all the boxes, and we put an offer in that afternoon! Our trip was trimmed because of his diligence and hard work! But that wasn't all. After our offer was accepted, he kept on working. And working. And working. He did things for an out of state buyer that completely put us at ease and made the entire transition ridiculously easy. Even after we moved in, we called him about another potential business property, and he showed up to give us the complete run through, along with some incredibly valuable information about the properties and valuations in the area. What can I say? If you have need for a residential or commercial real estate agent, this is your man. Make sure he's on your shortlist of potentials.

Jeremy consistently gave close attention to all aspects of the sale. He was easy to reach, and listened well. He also was able to explain and answer any questions or concerns that I had. He has knowledge of the community and the market. He was able to contact and hire people to fix a suddenly broken garage door. He checked the house to make sure it was always in excellent condition. I believe anyone would be very happy to use Jeremy as their agent.
