I had an outstanding experience selling my home with Jeremy Rushton. TLDR: I highly recommend Jeremy without hesitation. Jeremy gets 5 stars across the board for local knowledge of the Outer Sunset, process expertise, responsiveness, and negotiation skills. He answered the many questions we had, shared many market nuances that we didn't know, and kept us up to date with the market status. He coordinated all of the inspections, a staging evaluation using our existing furniture, and also the removal of furniture while we were out of town. The sale of our house was quick. We accepted a no-contingency offer 14 days after listing, and closed 16 days after that. Jeremy ensured everything was in order for a smooth transaction. WOW- don't know where to start with this review We were out of state Trust Sellers, so we really did not know where to begin in this process Jeremy stepped up and walked us through all the details. he arranged for repairmen, inspectors, haulers and everything else that was required. Jeremy was fantastic ! I was trustee of my step-mother's trust, living far away and without any comprehension of the issues related to listing, valuing or selling rental property in the Outer Sunset.
