Jeremy was professional and very knowledgeable and helped guide us through the purchase even though we were an out of state buyer. He was quick to respond to any questions night or day and always followed up with answers and or suggested solutions. He guided us with practical and local knowledge and we really felt we had an advocate looking out for us as well as providing eyes and ears on the ground. He previewed properties for us, took pictures, and gave us great advice. We looked at numerous properties before we went under contract and he made sure all the critical prep work was completed to allow us to close. He was there every step of the way and really made things happen whenever they needed to be done. I would call Jeremy again if I was selling or buying and would recommend him to friends and family.
