I worked with Jeremy Poindexter to sell my home in Gallatin, and the experience was fantastic. From day one, he gave me clear advice on pricing and marketed the property so well we had multiple showings in the first week. Even with the market slowing down. Whenever I had a question about the paperwork or buyer demands, Jeremy Poindexter answered me within minutes. I felt supported the entire time. Thank you Jeremy for a wonderful experience!!!
Jeremy and his team are phenomenal! Excellent communication and professionalism. His photographer and marketing team are awesome and represented our house so well! We got an offer MUCH faster than expected and everything went perfectly smooth. I cannot recommend The Godfrey Group more highly!
Jeremy made the home buying process smooth and painless when buying my home. I’d definitely use him again for any of my real estate needs!
Jeremy is a true professional. We have used him as our agent on our last two home sales, and he is now considered our "go to guy" if the need arises in the future. He knows this area, is very responsive, and presents ideas and strategies that enhance the overall experience!!!
Jeremy is an excellent agent to work with. He is very knowledgeable about our location and what there is to offer. He was great with helping us to negotiate our deal to purchase our condo. I would recommend him to anyone.
Jeremy did a fantastic job, fast response to all questions. I have been very impressed with his knowledge and attitude.
Jeremy was honestly such a calming force in a move from out of state… he drove my wife and daughter around for a whole weekend to meet multiple builders, advocated for Us throughout the entire process, and had such a wealth of knowledge with the buying process in the state of TN. He has a great sense of humor and made the process fun for us even in the most stressful moments. The level of professionalism and knowledge is unmatched in previous experiences. Thanks Jeremy!
My husband and I had an outstanding experience working with Jeremy Poindexter and his team when selling our condo. From start to finish, Jeremy's professionalism, knowledge, and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His attention to detail and communication kept us informed every step of the way. It’s clear that Jeremy and his team have worked hard to build a strong reputation, and we couldn’t be more confident in referring them to our friends and family. If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy real estate agent, Jeremy is the one to call! Highly recommend!
Nothing but great things to say about Jeremy and the entire team at The Godfrey Group. Whether you are buying or selling I highly recommend them to get the job done. Jeremy has now sold two homes for us over the past several years and found the perfect 5-acre property to build on that we purchased. He is a total pro and always does exactly what he says he’s going to do when he says he’s going to do it. A+. 10/10.
I have sold two properties with Jeremy, and intend on using Jeremy for all real estate needs. He is knowledgeable about the local market, responsive to requests and questions we had along the way, and proactive in his approach which is strategic and thoughtful. I would recommend Jeremy without hesitation for a smooth real estate transaction and overall experience.
Jeremy and Bailey Poindexter were professionals during the listing of my condo, the showing of my condo, keeping me informed in a timely manner of what the status of my listing was, and during the negotiations and closing of escrow. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jerry and Bailey Poindexter for your real estate agents whether you are buying or selling your property! They are true Professionals!!
We listed our condo with Jeremy. He did an excellent job and had a signed contract within days. He was very responsive to us and we couldn't be more pleased with Jeremy's service and willingness to go the extra mile as we were an out-of-town seller. He even helped get the unit ready for sale when we couldn't be there. We would definitely buy or sell again using Jeremy as our Agent.
