Jeremy is careful to respond to each and every question, request and need no matter if it is specifically related to the transaction at hand or not. He and Traci consistently make it clear that everything will be helpful to their customers in the end and go the distance and then some to help out. We found this invaluable since we were moving across the continent and from another country -- we needed all that help!! Thank you Traci and Jeremy!
