Worked with Jeremy on putting in a offer on a home in Apopka. Put the offer in 3 days after home was listed at full price with seller covering part of closing cost. My realtor gave 48 hours for him to get back to us. Nothing at the end of 48 hours was heard from Jeremy and when my realtor reached out to him he said "I am waiting as I have some more people interested in the home" he was told if we can at least get a yes no or counter and gave us the run around and said he'll get back with us. Almost a full day went by and when my realtor reach out to him to get an additional update as we were going on 72 hours with no response he said they accepted a better offer that was stronger. We were willing to go above asking but he did not give us the opportunity to even counter but ran around probably waiving our offer to try to get something higher. When my realtor told him this was very unethical and that she thinks he did not even present offer to sellers he got upset and offensive to my realtor. All in all very unprofessional handling our offer on Jeremy's part. We currently owned a home with tons of equity (8 years owed), excellent credit, and our offer was a very clean strong one that we were capable of going above even. No reason as for not to get back with the ample time frame given. Would not recommend working with him.

Jeremy Mazza offered his services to me at just the right time. I was in desperate need to get my house ready to sell ASAP! I reached out to two Real estate agency’s, but did not get any response.
