My fiancé and I decided to move to Tampa Florida and as we both live out of state, we were going into the process with little to no knowledge of the area and needed a real estate agent that knew the surrounding areas as well as could make recommendations based on our lifestyle and what we wanted to be around. We originally started with another agent to find property in Tampa, FL but new almost immediately that they just weren't the right fit for us. My fiancé and I reached out to Jeremy to ask to help us locate the perfect property. After my initial discussion with Jeremy I could tell he was the agent I wanted to work with, and we hired him right away. Jeremy did a great job establishing credibility upfront by listening to exactly what I was looking for in a new home and an ideal location for us. After our initial discussion he provided a couple of properties for us to consider. He also provided relevant feedback on some of the other properties I was finding on my own through online resources. One of the things that was really helpful was to have Jeremy's local perspective as it become obvious that viewing properties online from outside the area it was really hard to understand the overall vibe of the area. Within a few weeks we had narrowed in on the neighborhood and a particular property that was perfect for us. Jeremy provided a comfort level and confidence for us to move forward with an offer on the property site unseen. With the speed properties are coming on & off the market we knew we needed to act fast! We felt absolutely comfortable and trusted Jeremy's perspective and he was very patient with us as he walked us through negotiations and the buying process. After we had an accepted offer we flew into town to see the house for the 1st time and it turned out to be even better than what we had seen in the photos!
