I met Jeremy twelve months ago when he showed us a townhome in Jacksonville. We thought we were ready to commit at that time but after second thoughts, we decided to wait. I told my wife then that if we ever decided to purchase he would be our go to agent. No regrets. He helped us question our builder and brought up questions that we hadn't thought to add to our lists, physical paper and mental!

Jeremy was the most incredible realtor we have ever worked with! We presented a few challenges for Jeremy to work with and he faced everyone with a smile on his face and found the best solution for our family. Whenever we needed Jeremy he was available to communicate with us and make sure not one question or concern went unanswered. Throughout both transactions, the sale of a home and the purchase of a new home, Jeremy communicated with us every step of the way and gave us advanced notices about things that would be happening, the timelines, any associated cost and/or paperwork we needed to have prepared which made for the most stress free and simple real estate transactions anyone could ask for. During our time spent with Jeremy he has become like family to us which made this transactions even more simple and meaningful to us. We are beyond blessed to have Jeremy represent us as our realtor and even more blessed to call him our friend.

Jeremy is someone we would not only work with again but also highly recommend to others. Aside from his professionalism, constant communication and responsiveness we also appreciated his patience throughs a process that can be quite overwhelming. He and his team made this process go as smooth as possible for us and we hope to be working together at some point again.

Jeremy and I ran across each other in my search for a new home. He wasn’t referred to me but his name came up when I inquired about a home of interest (open house). Being of short notice, he and I could not meet up with out very first list of home search. My significant other was not even with me during this first home viewing. Finally, after establishing criteria for our ideal home we set out to look for homes that Jeremy researched being a bit more organized. The effort of viewing 6 houses per day is not easy to say the least. Jeremy always made himself available. He planned the viewing carefully so as to optimize our day. Finally after deciding on a house, Jeremy kept me in the loop with all the updates. I find him knowledgeable, punctual, responsive, respectful, and personable. If asked about something that he cannot or does not know, he finds / looks up the answer. He is instrumental in finding the place where peace, tranquility, and beauty coalesce to form the place I call home. Thank you Jeremy !
