Jeremy was wonderful! We had lots of questions throughout the process, and he was really patient with us in making sure we were comfortable the whole time. He always gave us a heads up about the next steps so that there weren’t many surprises as we went along. He also went out of his way many times to help with odds and ends tasks that helped us as out of town buyers. Thank you Jeremy!

I had no idea where to start in looking for my new home and I was on a time crunch. Jeremy was a complete stranger to me... but yet he gave me current relevant information that I didn't even know I needed to know, where to start... what I needed... how the market looks... what buyers are looking for in offers right now... he really set me up for a successful search. I found so many homes in my range and with the suggestions from him, I carted his poor little hind end all over the country side. He went to towns he'd never even been too before... some over an hour away from him. He never complained, was always available, and was always helpful. I think the biggest thing that impressed me was that I always felt he was actually working toward MY interests and not lining HIS pockets. Agents have always scared me but truly Jeremy is one of the few honest agents that actually cares about what my needs were in a home rather than how the price was going to affect his commission... RARE.. I TELL YOU THAT IS RARE in an agent. Long story short... I found the PERFECT home, we jumped on it over a holiday weekend, and they accepted my offer. Everything went so smooth and Jeremy made all of the necessary communications coordinating the closing... This was the easiest home buying experience that I have ever had... so I'm honestly and whole heartedly telling you THIS IS YOUR GUY... if you use someone else... remember I warned you. I will recommend him to EVERYONE... Now everyday I wake up in my new home and I think "OMG Jeremy... I absolutely couldn't have done this without you!!!" He is beyond amazing and oh what a fun ride it was!

If your looking to buy a house, I would 100% recommend Jeremy Gibson! From start to finish any showing I inquired about or needed to see he always made himself available, every single question was answered so promptly, he followed up regularly to see if I had any questions or what he could do to help things along, and there was many of times when asked for extra help he provided it no problem. Very self motivated and on top if everything! Also felt genuinely rooted for to get into the house I wanted. Any extra hurtle thrown my way in getting it he was gracious and understanding and would just offer help. I never realized previously how much of an impact a realtor makes the home buying experience but I am so greatful Jeremy is who helped get me into my home!

I am pleased to recommend Jeremy Gibson as an excellent realtor. He was very responsive and provided great leads. We contacted him as we were looking for a starter property to flip. I spent much of the time teaching my son what to look for when buying and pitfalls to avoid. Jeremy was patient, resourceful and provided additional background information on each property when available. He was also knowledgeable on real estate laws and code regulations to be aware of. We found the perfect investment property and will be using Jeremy again in the future.

Jeremy went above and beyond for us with this house! He was on top of everything and seriously if it was not for him we never would have bought a house. I recommend him to anyone who is even considering looking for a house. We have met a couple different realtors before Jeremy and we were about to give up on house buying. He was honest, understanding, and he cared about more than just making a sale. And that's what stood out the most.

I went through 2 other real estate agents before I found Jeremy… the first two were un enthused and barely responsive. So I said what the heck let me try again. Jeremy blew them out of the water. He was excited to help me find a house and it showed through everything he did. He was very helpful in communicating with the seller aswell and even in giving his own personal advice on things. I’ve closed on the house already and yet he still reaches out to help. I was thrilled to have him honestly it made the whole process easier. If I ever sell my house I am going straight to him… Oh and he is also really funny lol.
