Jeremy and his team were beyond helpful. I now live on the coast but had held onto my prior home for several years before finally deciding to sell. After spending 3 weeks packing items to be moved, I had to get back home but promised Jeremy that I would return if need be. "No worries," he assured me. He was so right. I had left a great many possessions behind that I simply did not have room for any more. Jeremy and his team arranged for an estate sale to dispose of the rest. The company they chose posted pix on line for potential customers, and I could see they were doing a fine job. After the sale had ended Jeremy arranged for the home to be thoroughly cleaned, including the tile floors and carpets. When a pipe in the front yard sprung a leak he called in a plumber to fix it. He also arranged for the home and pest control inspections, things I had done when buying or selling a previous home. All relevant documents were processed via DocuSign, except for the final papers which were handled by a mobile notary who came to my house at Jeremy's request. I can't thank them enough for their efforts on my behalf.
