Jeremy was a 15 out of 10! He bent over backwards for me. He did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents. Accompanied me to see several places and since he is so experienced, he would point out subtle things that I would have missed but were really important for my decision process The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. He really treated the situation like he was purchasing the property – he will look out for you and have your best interests in mind.
