We have been working with Jeremy for the past 2.5 years trying to find our perfect house, in Morgan Hill. We finally accomplished this task with the help of Jeremy and his guidance overall. We are well educated about the information for most properties, but Jeremy always provided a different perspective, he was a perfect sounding board, voice of reason, and patient. He has a keen act of building a good relationship with the sellers agent, to help with the bidding process, and understand expectations of what the seller is ultimately tring to acheive. He also did a very good job with ensuring the items found during inspection were vetted out and fixed prior to closure. Ultimately, he is a great agent to work with, who is honest, ethical, brings local knowledge, communicative, and patience with the overall process.

If you're looking to buy or sell a home, I would highly recommend Jeremy Daviner. I recently sold my home in San Jose, CA, moving out of the area. My parents referred me to him as they had used Jeremy to buy their house earlier this year in San Martin. They would only describe their experience as excellent. That says a lot because my dad is not easy to please. During the sale of my home we were a little pressed for time because I needed to sell quickly, Jeremy did a fantastic job handling my tenants who were living in the home while it was on the market. I didn't think it would be possible to sell without having to miss out on at least a month of rent during the time it was put on the market to close, but he made it happen and he got me a great deal. I've used other agents before and Jeremy clearly sticks out at top!
