Some people say they have the best real estate agent but I really do! (I’m an agent and I’d still choose Jeremy over myself!) He is extremely patient and determined! After I backed out of two houses I had under contract, I had become irritated with the process and chose not to get an inspection… thankfully Jeremy talked me into back into getting inspections because it literally saved my family’s life! The home had a carbon monoxide leak in the central unit HVAC system throughout the home. After backing out of a third home, I was sure I had worn Jeremy’s patience thin. However, a few hours later he scheduled a viewing for a home that seemed far-fetched in my situation. Since it was a foreclosure (in near perfect “move-in” condition through the HUD website)-Jeremy fought a whole weekend to get approval from the website to put in my offer. Jeremy’s negotiating skills also helped my offer win the bidding process! Jeremy stayed “on it” throughout the entire process until we were at the closing table. I can’t thank Jeremy enough, he jumped through hoops to get me the keys to my first home! And the home is adorable, it has everything we were looking for! Jeremy literally works magic! 🪄🏠
