Jeremy worked very hard for us to get our house sold in a very timely manner. As the closing neared times changed, but Jeremy stay in constant communication with us on how the closing was going to proceed.
From our first contact with Jeremy, he made us feel like we were a priority to him. He was very responsive and ready to go take a look at a new property. There was never any waiting around, and we looked at A LOT of properties. Even though it took us quite a while to find our home, he was always optimistic and enthusiastic. He is very knowledgeable about the laws and had several helpful suggestions along the way. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone looking to buy real estate in Champaign and surrounding areas.
Jeremy has 14 properties for sale and sold 44 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
