We met Jeremiah through Zillow after requesting to see a property. He called me with in a few minutes, and right away I found him to be professional, knowledgable, familiar with the area we were interested in, clear with communication, easy to talk to and as a bonus, funny. All of these qualities left us feeling comfortable working with him right from the start, and we set a time for the next day to meet him and see a couple properties. It did not take him long to understand what we were in the market for and I really appreciated that he did not try to push us immediately to the outer limit of our budget. He seemed to truly be working with us to help us find our dream property. He offered his professional opinion of the properties giving us an additional, unbiased, unemotional perspective which proved to be very helpful along the way. He was able to narrow the search to our particular set of criteria, making himself available and responsive to all of our tiny concerns and all of our larger concerns. He helped guide us through the process of negotiating our offer, the inspections, the timeline, the additional inspections all the way to closing. I felt very supported during the entire experience which made this huge decision less stressful and actually really FUN! Lastly, he met us at our new home in country and iced the cake with a very sweet welcoming gift and a presence that I found to be above and beyond anything I anticipated.
