As a former homebuilder, I have worked with countless agents, and I found Jeremey & Amy Houlton to be among the very best. In this case, Jeremey & Amy represented me as an out-of-town buyer, and they patiently adapted as my "needs" evolved and tastes fluctuated. They gladly and quickly went to homes of interest in order to shoot video tours, and they gave honest appraisals and impressions of the homes. Clear communication always.
