The best to ever do it!
Jerrad made a miracle happen, with how amazingly he helped me get my first house! The homebuying process can be a very stressful experience, but with all the help and guidance Jerrad gave it help ease my mind. He provided everything I needed to know about buying a house, whether it's the location, negotiation, proper documents and most of all not giving up! I was able to find a new construction property, in a nice upcoming community with enough rooms for me and my family. He was able to get me the best deal and now I can proudly say I'm now a homeowner. He was always on top of everything, and always responded back to my questions. It truly was a pleasure to have had Jerrad has my agent in this stressful, homebuying process.
