This is the 2nd time in 23 years I bought a house...1st time buying by myself. I lost my husband of 38 years about 1 year ago. My husband always did the complicated paperwork. I was scared and hesitant to leave my current home. Jeramie was empathetic, supportive, and kept me on track. We either talked or texted almost everyday.
