It did not matter how many houses we wanted to see, she made sure to make it happen. When we found our new home she walked us through the entire process, making sure everything was taken care of. When we began looking for homes, we started by going to a few open houses, one of which we met Jennyfer. She was so personable, friendly, but not aggressively pushy about selling us a house. We looked at so many homes- I liked almost everything, my husband, almost nothing. Jennyfer quickly picked up on our “must-haves” and helped us narrow down our preferred areas. She also made sure we were pre-approved for a loan before we began looking. Our first bid wasn’t successful but Jennyfer was never discouraged and assured us the right home was out there. Then we found the perfect home, made an offer, only to have it rejected. Still, Jennyfer wasn’t discouraged. The day after our offer was rejected, she called to tell us the first offer had fallen through and they had accepted ours. She held our hand throughout the signing of documents, inspection, appraisal and closing. The home we bought had an HOA and Jennyfer made sure we received the HOA covenants before closing. I never felt like she was desperate to sell us a house, she wanted us to be happy in the right home. She worked with us as if it were never about a commission. Jennyfer became more than our realtor- she became our friend and we are truly grateful for all that she did and for all that she is.

Jennyfer did a wonderful job to find our house. We had specific things we wanted, she was always here with smile and wanting to make sure we get exactly what we wanted, even if we had to see multiple houses. I will recommended her anytime!

So kind and not pushy very thorough

Jennyfer was our voice when selling our home of 29 years. She was very attentive to details that would help sell our house quickly. She advocated for us through the inspection and TRR process, offering good advice on what our next step should be. She had a complete understanding of the content of our contract. We appreciate her business acumen, her willingness to find answers when we had questions, and the personal attachment she brought to the process. We always knew she was in our corner.
