Jenny Zamora is amazing! I was a first time buyer and Even though I knew what I wanted and needed, I wasn’t sure how to go about it. Jenny held my hand through out the whole process. Was super patient and understanding. She was very attentive and took the time to explain everything. On closing day, she stood by my side and answered all my questions. As an out of state owner of a problematic property, it became necessary to consider a short sale. This process is difficult and very confusing, and in this case two banks were involved. Jenny knew exactly what needed to be done, and with as little interruption of my life as possible, she managed to negotiate, advertise, arrange and finalize the sale. This took approximately 7-8 months. She fielded all the conversation with bankers, etc; saw that I received emails of all pertinent papers, with instructions for printing, faxing, notarizing, mailing; I've never met her in person, but it is all done and I'd use her again 'in a heartbeat'!
