Jenny showed us a nice condominium and we bought it through her at a very good price. Our intention was to renovate it and then rent it out. We needed someone who would know real estate law and procedures. In advising us of modifications needed to make the apartment more desirable she showed her deep knowledge and understanding of what renters want. Jenny found us a couple that was fully qualified and very interested in renting the condo. They moved in right away and have been there ever since, never missing a payment. Thanks, Jenny!
