No matter how many places we wanted to see, or how many obstacles we ran into during the buying process, Ivette met everything with knowledge about the situation and pleasantness towards us. She guided us with anything we didn't understand throughout the process, but was never pushy about making offers. After a long journey, we ended up getting our dream home this past September and I could tell Ivette was genuinely happy for us.
