I don’t think words can describe how grateful we are for Jenny. We are extremely happy first-time home buyers in the bay area. All thanks to her! Our experience with Jenny — she was very kind, patient, and understanding of our requirements. She graciously spent so much time with us going to open houses weekend after weekend! Putting together smart lists of homes for us to review in succession. Educating us all throughout the entire home buying process. Anyone working with her can tell that she genuinely cares for her clients, and would go above and beyond to advocate for their needs. We also had a rather unique experience too in the market at this time — nothing short of a title company getting hacked the day before we were scheduled to close, and a few days before the new year at that.
