Jenny Graham is a wonderful agent! This was our first experience ever buying a home and my girlfriend and I were so stressed on the process and all the paper work but she made the process soooo much less stressful and really made sure we understood what we were signing, and what was going on with repairs. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Jenny stood out and her social media presence was strong. I could tell she put a lot of work into their listings and most importantly marketing. We spoke with Jenny and then met with her at our home. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned about our timeline since I am active duty military and we would need a smooth and quick transaction that got us as many offers as possible in a short amount of time. Jenny made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), she even came in to stage items and give us staging tips with our own items, having professional photographs taken, and video that was breath taking! When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off. Our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition.
