Jenny did everything in a very professional manner. It started with very short notice and in less than 24 hrs., she had prepared a booklet with comparables, etc. so that we were able to determine the price to list my home. Then she did a fabulous job in "staging' the home (I stayed out of the way). There were 19 scheduled showings on the first day, of which one of them did become the buyer.
