Having bought and sold homes five times in our lives, our experiences with other realtors pale in comparison to Jenny. We lived in Maryland, were purchasing a home in the Hilton Head area, and we selected Jenny as our buyers agent. Despite our being several states away, Jenny represented us at the home inspection, kept us informed on everything identified and then made additional trips to the home with service contractors afterward on our behalf. She worked tirelessly to resolve issues that came up during the inspection and relentlessly tracked down the builder’s representative to get clear answers on warranty implications. Nothing was left unaddressed. Jenny is a consummate professional, honest, and has a genuinely positive personality. She meets obstacles head-on and stays with them until they are resolved. Her expert communication skills kept us informed on all developments and kept us apprised of key milestones and deadlines during the buying process. Her dogged determination made all the difference and demonstrated she will always go the extra mile for her clients. Without her individual efforts, our home purchase either would not have happened or would have been delayed significantly.
