Well I haven't had any experiences with Virginia Sanchez, but I can definitely recommend Jenny Copete to anybody who is considering purchasing a home. Jenny helped me through the process of purchasing my first home, and I can confidently say that I have no regrets. As a matter of fact, she helped my sister through the same process about a month prior, and the experience was so smooth that my sister referred Jenny to me. I honestly couldn't have asked for a more involved, helpful real estate agent. Of course, buying a first home can be pretty intimidating - from simply finding the "right" place to completing/submitting tons of documents. Thankfully, she made the experience as smooth and painless as possible. Thanks to Jenny, I've realized that buying a home isn't difficult at all!! I'm grateful that I had the guidance of Jenny during my first experience. She takes her job very serious, is highly knowledgable, and goes above and beyond to make her clients happy. I'm planning to purchase an investment property next summer and I wouldn't think of contacting anybody except Jenny! Thanks again for your help!

Jenny Copete helped us buy our house. I was originally thinking about renting after a move from another state... Just to get a feel for where the good schools were and desirable neighborhoods. I feel so lucky that I called Jenny that day..looking for a rental. She is amazing - her professional attitude, her extensive knowledge of the local areas, her sweet demeanour, her real estate knowledge...she has a solution for everything. But she is not "pushy" or too aggressive. Just the perfect balance. With Jenny's help, I BOUGHT the house I wanted, in the neighborhood I wanted....no renting!!! Most importantly, I really believe that Jenny does such a terrific job because she actually cares about each client. She's not driven by money, but the genuine desire to help people find their ideal home and bring joy to her clients.
