Best choice we made for our family!

I found Jenny from multiple colleagues at work who all had wonderful things to say about her. This happened to be one of the best decisions my husband and I made! Our financial range for homes was a little on the low side for houses in northern California so we were being a bit picky with the quality of home we were getting. We dragged Jenny through as many country roads as you can count, only to find the perfect home!! It was a BATTLE!! She and her mortgage broker, Allison, kicked butt so hard, we still don't know how we got this house! Jenny really proved herself to be extremely knowledgeable about the real estate business and made it very easy for us to buy our first home. In the end we were thinking, I thought buying a home was supposed to be expensive and stressful? With all the programs and deals Jenny and Allison found for us, we practically made money! On top of that we bought our home for $315k and it appraised for $353k so we had significant equity the first day we owned it! It's been a little over a year and a half since Jenny pulled this miracle and till this day I recommend her to every person I meet who's trying to buy their perfect home!!
