Jenny is the best realtor one could ever ask for. For all those buyers out there looking to buy a house, condos, or townhomes for themselves, if you want pure justification for every dollar you are investing in then I highly recommend you to see Jenny. Jenny will be awake in the middle of the night looking for properties for you that she finds are worth looking into based on the buyer's interest. I have received emails and text messages in the middle of the night from Jenny providing me pictures and links of potential properties. Of course, you don’t have to wake up to see your email or text messages lol. The point I’m making is to tell how serious and involved Jenny. Remember this, there are many legal, state, and city requirements and let alone all sorts of inspections required when buying a property. All these things are additional expenses a buyer will have to pay and I’m telling you it is not cheap at all. These with many other hidden aspects when buying a property is not revealed to customers buy their realtors. They will start telling you all these extra pieces of stuff that you need to spend money on after you make a deal. And some realtors are so smart that they will make the buyer pay for some things that are supposed to be taken care of by the seller of the property. Jenny will tell you all about this upfront and not surprise you after the deal is made. She will even tell the seller to fix things that by law a seller needs to take care of before selling their property. Your realtor may not tell you all these details because they are after your money. Glad Jenny is not like them and that’s why I highly recommend Jenny to everyone. Remember, every penny counts when buying a property so make a wise decision because you don’t want your investment to become your financial burden.
