It was a blessing to have Jenny Bearden as our agent in selling our home, she was very knowledgeable of each process an step that needed completing.

A year ago Jenny helped us try to find a rental house for our family and two large dogs, after a house fire displaced us. When it was time to purchase there was no one else we would consider trusting enough to help us find our forever home! She patiently showed us houses, over a six month period. Finding our forever home was not quick and easy, but we had many laughs along the way. We will always be grateful for her insider knowledge of the industry and would gladly recommend her to family and friends.

She was always available to answer any questions or thoughts I had. We went and viewed multiple properties and she was always prepared with documentation for me to know the history, and if I had any questions she always got an answer for me. Jenny is the best agent I have ever used to buy a house. I met her at an open house and being new to the area she agreed to represent me. However, I was just in the beginning stages of looking for a new house. So three months went by without me actively looking for a new house. During that time Jenny was completely understanding. Then once I was ready she helped me locate a house in the area I was looking at. The house was old and because of its age we had additional hurdles to overcome. Jenny went above and beyond in overcoming these obstacles. Lastly, Jenny made sure I received a home warranty despite the sellers not wanting to pay for one. She paid for it out of her own commission. Jenny is a great agent who I can easily say made the difference in me buying this house. Jenny is also a great person who still keeps in touch today. I would not hesitate to use Jenny again. If you have the pleasure of working with Jenny and letting her represent you, you will not be disappointed.
