Jennine went above and beyond to help us find a new home. We relocated from Southern California with a short timeline to find a home. Plus, we had other circumstances that made looking for a home even tougher. In 10 days & a couple 350 mile round trips for us, we were under contract and moving to the Central Coast. She listened to what we were looking for in a new home and what we didn’t want. We knew nothing about the area, had no contacts for service people and asked a million questions. Jennine is very helpful and informative. She has business knowledge to price homes "just right" to attract good buyers. We live in a different state and so were cautious about selecting an agent. The first conversation with Jennine was very informative, so we made our decision to go with her very quickly. We had uncooperative renters, were in mid-CoVId, and had several issues just to show our property. Despite all of these hassles, Jennine was calm, informative (some legal issues), and helpful in our situation. I strongly recommend her to anyone selling home in the SLO area.

We loved our realtor then but it everything about the process and experience was very confusing and always felt like were two steps behind. The entire process resulted in us swearing off the possibility of home ownership for years. Just recently we tried again. When we considered an realtor we automatically thought of Jennine. We knew here through friends and even though she knew that we were renters she never pressured us to buy a home with her. She only offered to help if we ever choose to try again, so she was the obvious choice for us when we started looking again. We were worried if she would work well with our lender since they had not worked together before, but it was a seamless partnership. In less than a month Jennine showed us a variety of homes and helped us whittle down what we needed. In the end we choose the 1st home she showed us. Jennine Dunne represented us as buyers. We purchased a custom-built home with two barns on a rural property that included multiple easements, a shared road, a private water company, and two septic systems. Because she communicated so well with the seller’s agent, we were able to avoid potential conflicts that could have collapsed the deal. Her patience and communication skills allowed both us and the seller to come to a mutually benefical agreement. It was a win-win, and although she made it look easy, it never is.
