We were moving from hundreds of miles away to a house under construction. Jen kept on top of the building process, sending photos and updates regularly. I am not great at visualizing the finished project from color samples and swatches, so Jen joined us at the selections meeting with the builder and guided me through. The house is beautiful and I will definitely call Jen if we ever decide to sell it.
Jen is wonderful to work with on buying a home. We lived out of town and only had a limited time window to visit St. Augustine and look at houses for sale. She spent time with my wife and me showing us many houses. When we began, we did not have a clear idea as to what we were looking for except a general idea. Her patience and guidance helped us to zero in on the style of home we were looking for. Jen set us up with a finance person so we could begin the qualification process. We had to leave town, but kept in contact with Jen. When the wife saw a house on-line at Zillow that interested her very much, Jen went to the home and supplied a video walk through. The wife took the next plane out and with Jen they toured the house. We made an offer and Jen helped us get a great purchase price. Jen worked with us every step up the way. Even after purchasing the house, she provided some key contact names to help us with getting settled. We can't say enough positives about Jen. She knows her stuff, is easy to work with, and she is there with you throughout the process. She can answer almost any question about the area and what are the next steps in home buying.
