She was an excellent communicator and did the heavy lifting with Wells Fargo during the short sale. Jenny was the 3rd realtor I had for my property and the only one that priced it right and got it sold. She also guided me through a terrible deal I had on a land contract that resulted In squatters. Since the renters and squatters did a lot of damage, i ended up doing a short sale. I understand that those can be very stressful and difficult but she actually made it easy.
