Overall great experience
Jenny was very knowledgable and patient in explaining the house selling process to my elderly parent. She was kind and respectful of his connections to his home. She communicated well and was available to answer questions in her off hours, plus she let us know when she was unavailable due to prior committments. Jenny was very helpful in the difficult process of selling a home long distance, and we were thankful for her professional guidance.
