We met Jennifer in an unconventional way. We recently sold our home "For Sale By Owner". Jennifer was the agent to the buyer of our home. Since we were essentially our own agent, but it was our first time doing so, Jennifer willingly aided us. She reminded us of certain checkpoints, emailed and text messaged us reminders. She was very prompt when we had questions for her. Even though she was not on our side of the closing table, I still felt like she was looking out for our best interest, too. Even after we closed on the property, she sent us a reminder that we left the gas connected and wanted to make sure we knew about it so we aren't paying for the new owner's utility.
