Wow! I have a story for the books. I met Jennifer when I was beginning my home search on Zillow. They connect me with her and she had been with me through my entire home buying process which has been about 7 months. She as well as her preferred lender, Brian held my hand through the entire process, as I am a first time homebuyer. We first started with a new construction, the deal fell through, but Jennifer was there front and center and made sure to look out for anything that would not have been in my best interest and the interest of my family. We then started looking again at homes and the market was so amazing competitive, I didn’t know if we would be able to find any we liked and that was in our budget. I knew that I would have to act fast in a decision for a home. This particular Saturday, we looked at 3 homes and I knew that I would need to make a decision that day. Decided to go with the 3rd home, but Jennifer contacted me About another home that she thought I would like even though it was a little above my budget. She confirmed with the lender and we went in with an an aggressive offer. It got accepted!!!!!!!! The process was so smooth, I know this home was meant to be ours as the first home process with the new build was so stressful that I gained 30 pounds in 2 months.
