Jennifer showed us a few homes in Knightdale a couple of weekends ago. She was very knowledgeable with the area, and seemed to know a lot about different types of construction, such as the flooring and different building materials. She pointed out some things that we wouldn't have thought of, like issues with the windows she noticed, and yard grading and drainage. We felt much more confident having Jennifer with us while looking at homes, and did put in an offer on one of them.
