Jennifer has been our family realtor for many years now. She has always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable! She works around the clock to make things happen. We love that she is able, and willing to help out and answer any questions that we may have. Jennifer made buying our first, and second home as easy as can be, what more could you ask for!
We purchased our first home contract for deed from a grandmother. When the time came to sell that home and relocate, Jennifer was our go-to! Not only did she coach us through preparing the home to list, she was very knowledgeable about the logistics of how to maneuver from CFD to mortgage with a bank. Jennifer coordinated the showings. We had several offers and she also sat with us to compare the offers and make the best decision for our family. I’d highly recommended her as your realtor. From start to final closing, she answered all questions, gave great suggestions, and truly made our sale stress free!
Jennifer has 8 properties for sale and sold 9 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
