I found Jen's knowledge of the area and different schools extremely helpful. I also appreciated her flexibility around my crazy schedule. She genuinely cares about finding you exactly what you want in a home, not just selling a house.
Jen is awesome! This was my first purchase ever and I had no clue what I was doing but she made it painless and really looked out for me. She knew good price points, things to look out for at the houses we checked out, she gave me pointers that would effect resale value, etc. She also really fought for me during the negotiation process and when we found out what needed to be fixed after the inspection. I’ll be using her when I’m ready to sell this one and move into the next. I would recommend her to friends and family, which means a lot for me.

We are so thankful we used Webb Realty Pros. Although it was our second time buying a house it was our first selling. We had tons of questions that Jen would answer with ease. Jen Webb is a phenomenal real estate broker. My ex-husband and I sold our home in Howell through her, and I bought one in Lansing while he bought one in Rochester. Not only was she available, helpful, and informative, she had great resources and helped us through several complications that arose while selling one house and buying two more. She's hard working and a valuable asset, and she isn't afraid to go to bat for her customers or tell it like it is. Highly, highly recommend. Could not sing her praises enough.
