What can I say other than outstanding in every way. I live abroad in Asia and am in the process of relocating to Pennsylvania. Jen was fantastic in every way in dealing with a 12-hour time difference. She was responsive, gave great advice, did home showings via Facetime in areas 2+ hours away from her office. She was available all hours of the day to answer any questions we had. We literally did the entire process (locating, viewing, preparing for closing) except for closing, virtually. She made the process seamless and handled all the details. She made us feel very comfortable with each decision and applied her expertise throughout the process.I sincerely believe I would not own the home I have without her help.
