When there was an issue she promptly addressed it with the sellers agent demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and negotiated a mutually agreeable solution to have the necessary repairs made prior to any purchase agreement. Jennifer promptly answered my calls and emails, keeping me informed about any developments. Her ability to clearly explain the contract details was particularly valuable. When we finally did find a suitable property and we're able to close the deal, she was very generous and re-suppled my fuel for my heating system with 50 gallons of diesel fuel at her own costs.
