Jennifer was recommended to us by my coworker who had a positive experience. We also had a very positive experience with Jennifer. As empty-nesters, it was time for us to downsize from a family home of 35 years to an active senior community. It was a difficult process make this life-changing decision. Jennifer understood and made the process as easy as possible. Not only did she sell our house within a week of listing, but she found and represented us in the purchase of our new house. She coordinate the entire process so that escrow could close on both properties at the same time. I enjoyed and miss the friendship we developed through this process.

Jennifer was very knowledgeable regarding the specific areas within Riverside county that we were looking. She was also very quick to answer the many questions I had regarding the home-buying process (market, details on the forms I was signing, cost, and negotiations). Throughout the process, she was very honest about everything we did. It was SO refreshing to find a realtor as down to earth and honest as she is. I enjoyed working with her so much that we’ve used her twice.

I listed my house with Jenn and got an offer on the first day that went to closing. She was very helpful in making recommendations when we were prepping my house for sale and put together a listing that I was very happy with. She knows all the ins and outs of getting your house sold. No drama, great person, sincere, she gets my highest recommendation. I would definitely use her again.
