Jennifer is the best. She took care of everything. I am an absentee landlord and did not even return to sell 2 rental houses. She took all the responsibility of cleaning, pressure washing, painting and repairing both properties. Both houses sold at asking price or above asking price. I was able to trust her and was totally comfortable with her taking care of all the things that had to be done to sell the houses.
