Couldn't have been happier. We had a fairly difficult sell due to the fact that we were selling a house that was a part of my dads estate and going through probate at the same time. Then buying a house that was just a normal sale in a specific area which would've drove any realtor crazy. She helped us 100% of the time and in my opinion did an awesome job. Even though we won't be selling for a few decades I plan to use her again in the future.

Jennifer really cares about the needs of her clients. She is very professional, as well as understand and kind. I would highly recommend Jennifer to my friends and family. She went above and beyond her call of duty for me. Because of several health issues, I could no longer climb stairs, so Jennifer searched hard to find me a condo in an elevator building. She found the perfect one and I put a bid on it, only to find out that someone else also bid the same amount. So, at Jennifer's advice, I put in another higher bid. And again the other person bid the exact amount. Knowing that I could not afford to go higher, Jennifer sent a letter to the seller explaining how much I loved their place & needed to live in an elevator building because of all of my health issues. That letter is what convinced the owners to accept my bid, even though the other bidder would probably have bid higher. The rest is history. I am very happy in my beautiful new condo, and I owe it all to Jennifer!
