I met Jennifer because I was searching for a home in the Columbia area and noticed her sign on a different home nearby the one I had interest in. It was 8 p.m. at night when I called. I was expecting her to arrange to meet me there on the next day, but because I really wanted to see the house, she showed up within 15 minutes and found a way to get me access to the home.
